This piece is a lighthearted take on a serious topic, featuring a fearless gal and her pooch flying over the political swamp. I wanted to create a piece that captured the chaos and unpredictability of the world we live in, while also infusing it with a sense of humor and adventure.
INGREDIENTS
Vintage globe, non-working tin wind-up boat, wire cleaners, a metal candle holder stand, and a plastic alligator. The adventuress, made from a 1950s salt shaker, porcelain dog, antique mattress spring and bits of this and that. All reimagined and meticulously hand painted and sealed.
