This sweet little dog had seen better days when I rescued her. She was painted an ugly gray and had a broken ear. A friend gave me the child’s 1950s Chinese Dragon drum and for some reason they went together immediately. But you know I love wheels and how else was she going to be in the parade? So I added a cigar box and used erector set wheels for it. Voila!
