A golden hand dangles a silver bone, a cheap prize meant to keep the followers in line. But does the dog know better than to lap up the lies? There’s a moment of choice. Take the bait? Or RESIST?
Sitting pretty on top are a pair of golden cats – falling right in step, with a look of smug self-righteousness. Each with a paw up – a salute? Hmmm.
This piece is about seeing through the distractions, refusing to roll over when the stakes are high. Because some things demand a fight. RESIST.
INGREDIENTS
Vintage teapot, plastic dog snout, vintage glass rocker eyes, Micky Mouse ornament holder, 2 tiny wood cats, bits of this and that, and lots of clay, paint and many clear coats.
